Office of Legislation and Congressional Affairs (OLCA)
Serves as the principal advisor to the Secretary on education and other legislative matters before the Congress and as the Department's liaison in responding to the needs of Congress.
Office of Non-Public Education
Represents the interests, activities and needs of the private elementary and secondary school community, and consults with the private school community on student and teacher initiatives at ED. Publications, programs, private school locator service are highlighted.
